Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Swiss DermaCosmetics SA website for deliveries within Switzerland and Europe. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered are cosmetics and CBD-based products that comply with Swiss and European legislation (0% THC). Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Images are not contractually binding.

3. Price

Prices are displayed in the currency of the customer’s country. They include all taxes. Swiss DermaCosmetics SA reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, but products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Orders can only be placed online through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in advance using one of the following methods:
- Credit card
- TWINT (for customers in Switzerland)
- Other methods available on the website

The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

- Switzerland: 1 to 2 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier. Swiss DermaCosmetics SA cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal services.

7. Right of withdrawal / Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or non-compliant products. In such cases, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the location of Swiss DermaCosmetics SA’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
