Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Swiss DermaCosmetics SA website for deliveries in Switzerland and Europe. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered are cosmetics and CBD-based products, compliant with Swiss and European legislation (0% THC). Product descriptions are for informational purposes only. Images are not contractual.

3. Price

Prices are displayed according to the customer's country's currency. They include all taxes (VAT). Swiss DermaCosmetics SA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Orders are placed exclusively online via our website. All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

5. Payment

Payment is made in advance via the following methods:
- Bank card
- TWINT (for customers in Switzerland)
- Other methods available on the website

The order is considered validated after receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

- Switzerland: 1 to 2 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Swiss DermaCosmetics SA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services.

7. Right of withdrawal / returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of damaged or non-compliant products. In this case, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
